Locally owned and operated by Tomas Newsom and Eric Turic, DAVINCI is no ordinary furniture store. “We stand out “said Turic “because we have imagination and the ability to break the rules and create beautiful modern spaces that mix a variety of elements – hip and sexy while remaining elegant and comfortable.” The store’s name reflects that philosophy. “We chose the name DAVINCI” said Newsom, “because he was a brilliant mind who combined a variety of disciplines such as art, science, and design with a great imagination.”

All of DAVINCI’s furniture is custom-crafted in Los Angeles giving customers an endless array of options. If they like a particular item, but want it in a different size, color, wood, metal, or even shape, DAVINCI can have it custom manufactured to meet their individual needs.
For people who already have a specific idea of what they want, DAVINCI has a program to help design and build custom furniture to fit any taste. “If a customer can think it up, sketch it out, or show us a picture, we can help them build it,” said Newsom. “We want to help our customers be able to decorate in their own unique styles.”
As for the commercial industry, Newsom’s experience and contacts make DAVINCI a viable source for that industry, too. Newsom says, “All my energy has been focused in the commercial arena for the past six years with a previous employer.” DAVINCI’s lighting, custom seating groups and cabinetry, and visual elements are well suited for commercial installations. Newsom says, “Our quality and service puts us at the top commercially and residentially.”
DAVINCI also offers a complete line of household accessories to make any room complete including colorful throw pillows, imported rugs, unique indoor/outdoor water elements, interesting structurals, and breathtaking artwork. “Our style is contemporary and modern without the cold sterile feel,” said Turic.
