TYPES OF ORDERS
Furniture Orders – Any and all furniture on the site listed in the categories of “sofas, chairs, storage, tables, beds, ottomans, art” and “lighting.” These orders have a 4-6 week lead-time and are shipped via LTL with the exception of some art and lighting, which ships faster and usually via USPS Priority. All Furniture Orders shipping to HI and AK are subject to additional charges. All Furniture Orders are final sale and not returnable, refundable and cannot be canceled. All Furniture orders have two fabric options: COM/COL and AS SHOWN. COM/COL means that the customer is supplying the fabric or leather. AS SHOWN fabric choice means that DAVINCI, Inc. is supplying the fabric, as shown in the picture and described on the page. Customers selecting COM/COL fabric option the lead times will vary depending on when we receive the fabric. All customers selecting COM/COL fabric option must send their fabric or leather to:

It is your responsibility, prior to ordering, to make sure that furniture ordered will clear all doorways, hallways, elevators, stairs, etc.
Custom Orders – Any and all furniture can be customized to fit your needs. If you want anything customized, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It is your responsibility, prior to ordering, to make sure that furniture ordered will clear all doorways, hallways, elevators, stairs, etc. All Custom Orders shipping to HI and AK are subject to additional shipping charges. These orders have a 4-6 week lead-time and are shipped LTL or the best way. All of these orders are final sale, not refundable and cannot be canceled.
Floor Sample Orders – These items will be marked as such on the website in their respective category. These orders have a 7-10 day lead-time and are shipped via LTL. All of these orders are final sale, not refundable and cannot be canceled. All Floor Sample Orders shipping to HI and AK are subject to additional shipping charges.
Accessory Orders – Any and all product on the site listed in the categories of “odds & ends, “gifts,” and “home accents.” These orders have a 1-3 week lead-time and are shipped via USPS Priority unless otherwise specified. All Accessory Orders shipping to HI and AK may be subject to additional shipping charges. We will gladly accept returns for Accessory Orders, provided that the item is not damaged or used. Returned Accessory Orders shipping charges are to be paid by you, the customer and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and are for store credit only. Any and all Accessory Orders being returned must first be authorized by DAVINCI, Inc. (see below How To Make a Return).
We will be happy to take your order by phone or email. For security purposes, we require a copy of your valid I.D. that matches the credit card user’s name and billing address, it may be emailed to email@example.com. Once the information is received and verified by us, we will then process and ship your order.

CANCELING AN ORDER
Only Gifts, Home Accents and Odds & Ends are considered qualifying order types that can be canceled.
Furniture, special orders, custom orders and art orders cannot be canceled, returned or refunded..
If you choose to cancel a qualifying order type, it must be canceled within 2 hours from the time it was placed. To confirm and expedite the cancellation please contact us immediately by phone 323.655.3325 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Your cancellation request whether by email or phone (voicemail is not acceptable) is not considered canceled or voided until you receive a confirmation email by an employee of davincila.com or until you speak to an employee of davincila.com that can authorize the cancellation. All authorized canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If a qualifying order type has already been shipped and you would still like to cancel it, you are responsible for all return shipping fees, and any other shipping fees associated to that specific order i.e. insurance. All canceled orders that have shipped are subject to a 20% restocking fee and refunds are for store credit only.
Sales tax is charged to orders shipped to California addresses only, shipping fees do not apply.
Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
PURCHASING A GIFT
If your purchase is a gift please note, “this is a gift” in the “Additional Information” box at checkout.
Gift wrap is available upon request for an additional fee of $10. Gift wrap pricing is based on each individual item wrapped, 2 separate items = 2 wrapping fees. If you choose to have multiple items wrapped in one box, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please type “Gift Wrap” in the “Additional Information” box at checkout. We will call and/or e-mail you to collect the additional charges which must be paid separately from the order placed through the website.
If you have purchased a greeting card, we will happily hand write a message on the card for you. We also offer a complimentary DAVINCI, Inc. printed note card free of charge for messages and well wishes. You must request this at checkout. Add your messages in the “Additional Information” box at checkout.
We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States and lead-times vary depending on the type of order. Rush shipping may be subject to additional charges, please call or e-mail to inquire.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
Once your order has been placed on Davincila.com you will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail.
Once your order has been processed, boxed and shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you via USPS or someone from DAVINCI, Inc.
If you would like to pick up your order at our showroom located at 8342 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, 90048, please contact us via e-mail or by phone to do so. Store hours are Tuesday – Saturday 10AM – 6PM and Sunday 12 – 5 PM.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Accessory Order, we will gladly accept it, provided we receive it within 14 days of its shipment date. Return shipping charges are your responsibility and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns are for store credit only. All Furniture, Floor Sample, Custom, Lighting and Phone Orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded whatsoever.

2. We will provide you with a return authorization form.
3. Please re-package the merchandise in its original packaging and include the completed return authorization form.

Please note that returns will not be accepted without a completed return authorization form. We cannot accept the return of any item with an indication that it has been used. Furniture, Floor Sample, Custom Lighting and Phone Orders are not returnable.
We offer store credit for all authorized and/or qualifying order returns. Store credits may be redeemed at DAVINCI, Inc.
While we strive to keep an up to date inventory of our current offerings, there may be times that items become backordered. In the event of a backorder, you will be notified via email of the estimated arrival time.

All orders must be made in writing. Prices do not include sales tax, if applicable. A 50% deposit is required on all orders before they are started and the balance paid before delivery.
Custom finishes and colors will be matched as closely as possible, but variations may occur in the die to materials.
The customer is responsible to ensure that all furniture will clear elevators, stairs, doorways, etc. Any claims for damaged goods must be settled by the customer and freight company and are not the responsibility of DAVINCI, Inc. ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE DIRECTED AND HANDLED THROUGH THE SHIPPING COMPANY. All orders are available to be picked up FOB from our dock in Los Angeles, CA. All designs are the property of DAVINCI, Inc. and cannot be used, reproduced or distributed without our written consent.
